CD2H Show and Tell: Software, Tools, and Algorithms Community Workgroup, Sept 7, 2018

This CD2H Show and Tell featured Software Workgroup project leads sharing progress on their work. The discussion included the full life-cycle of convening activities and collaborative technologies that CD2H is establishing to facilitate software, tool, and algorithm development efforts that involve multiple CTSA hubs.

Watch the video recorded on September 7, 2018 and view the slides below to see an example use case, focusing on the joint development of clinical trial matching algorithms, in order to illustrate how this collaborative “fabric” can support the identification of shared problems, team formation, data discovery and sharing, collaborative development efforts, and the discovery and sharing of ensuing technical artifacts.
