CD2H Labs is our platform for innovation and is a critical component of the CD2H’s Identify, Invent, and Implement approach. The Labs are where we share prototypes being developed by CD2H project teams so that they can be tested and improved by the community.
The CTSA network has long aspired to function as a federated network of clinical data experience that can be leveraged for data discovery and translational research at scale. The Data Working group seeks to advance this agenda through collaboration on shared data models, data licensing, informative metadata, and informatics maturity criteria.
The mission of the CD2H People, Expertise, and Attribution Workgroup (CD2H-PEA) is to support discovery of the rich expertise available within the CTSAs and beyond, and to provide innovative infrastructure for supporting attribution of the diverse contributions required for effective translational team science.
The mission of the CD2H Software, Tools and Algorithms Workgroup is to provide a robust community-of-practice, spanning CTSA hubs, that promotes and supports the collaborative development and sharing of software, tools, and algorithms that advance clinical and translational research.
CD2H Work Groups
CD2H Community Workgroups seek input and feedback from CTSA Program members to identify and launch projects that best address the priorities and challenges facing the informatics community. Projects are prioritized with input from NCATS, the CD2H CTSA PI Focus Group, the iDTF. and the broader CTSA community.
