Our Community Workgroups
CD2H Community Workgroups are currently focused on three key areas: Data; Software, Tools and Algorithms; and People, Expertise and Attribution. We encourage broad participation by welcoming diverse perspectives and academic disciplines from those interested in participating in Workgroups. Explore opportunities to get involved below.
The CTSA network has long aspired to function as a federated network of clinical data experience that can be leveraged for data discovery and translational research at scale. The Data Working group seeks to advance this agenda through collaboration on shared data models, data licensing, informative metadata, and informatics maturity criteria.
The mission of the CD2H People, Expertise, and Attribution Workgroup (CD2H-PEA) is to support discovery of the rich expertise available within the CTSAs and beyond, and to provide innovative infrastructure for supporting attribution of the diverse contributions required for effective translational team science.
The mission of the CD2H Software, Tools and Algorithms Workgroup is to provide a robust community-of-practice, spanning CTSA hubs, that promotes and supports the collaborative development and sharing of software, tools, and algorithms that advance clinical and translational research.

CTSA PI Focus Group
The CD2H is committed to widespread CTSA program engagement in order to build concrete solutions that address meaningful pain points. To achieve these objectives, we’ve formed a CD2H PI focus group comprising key leaders from within the CTSA community. The group’s role is to help us determine key needs and to help guide our initiatives. We thank them for their participation.
