CCOS is pleased to announce the most recent website release which features the new survey pages, where you can learn about how CCOS supports survey implementation for the CTSA program. In addition, CCOS has made some improvements to the user account request interface. As a reminder, a user account is needed to view certain content on the CCOS website – including group and committee meeting materials, completed survey reports, and materials from CTSA Program meetings. 

The Learning Health Systems (LHS) Collaborative Workshop is scheduled for May 22, 2024, at the Sangar Heart & Vascular Institute in Charlotte, North Carolina. The event will bring together CTSA Program professionals to meet collaborators and plan future action. This is a chance for CTSAs to understand LHS and help identify ways the CTSA can support LHS. Cycle XII of CTSA Working Groups Proposals is currently underway. Proposals are due Monday, April 1 at 3 p.m. ET.  Information on submitting a working group proposal can be found here.

The most recent CCOS website release features an update to the Agenda user interface for Program Meetings and Collaborative Workshops. Users can now find information about meeting time and location at a glance, and are able to view session details, speakers, and presentation titles. Meeting materials have also been relocated to the Agenda page of the Program Meeting.

The most recent CCOS website release features exciting new updates! Two new working groups have been added to the website, visit the pages (here and here) to read about the group goals and meeting schedules. In addition, improvements were made to the Working Group Proposal Submission form to prepare for the next Working Group Proposal Submission cycle, opening March 1, 2024. Other features include the new Learning Health Systems Collaborative Workshop page where you will find the agenda, details, and registration link. Lastly, visitors will now be able to easily manage their cookie preferences with the new Customize Cookie Preferences banner. 

CCOS is pleased to announce the newest website release which features two new pages - the 2024 Spring CTSA Program Group Meetings page, featuring meeting details and agenda for the upcoming Spring Group Meetings, and the CTSA Program Webinar page with details regarding webinar registration, archive materials for past webinars, and agendas for upcoming webinars.  

The most recent CCOS website release features the Pod Submission Form, which will serve as one of the primary means of communication between the Steering Committee Pods and CTSA leadership. In addition, the new Collaborative Workshops page is now live, featuring information about these collaborative opportunities previously known as “Un-Meetings.” The CCOS Calendar has also been updated with the full collection of 2023 CTSA Program Webinar presentation slides and meeting recordings.

CCOS is excited to announce that meeting materials from the 2023 Fall CTSA Program Annual Meeting are now available on the CCOS website! Recordings, summaries, and presentation slides can be found in the Agenda section of the meeting page.

CCOS is pleased to announce the next website release, featuring updates to the poster gallery for the Fall Annual Meeting found on the Program Meetings page. In addition, the release includes updates to the Working Group page, including five new working group pages and a Working Group Proposal Reviews section. This section will aid Steering Committee voting members in the proposal review process.
